Note: The device cannot be directly connected through the system’s Bluetooth; it must be paired through the app. For PC: Search for "PR40 driver" in Google Chrome and install the driver for Bluetooth pairing, enabling wireless label design and printing. For desktops without Bluetooth, connect via USB. Compatible with major online and shipping platforms for a seamless printing experience

USB Wired Connection: Compatible with PC, Windows, MacOS, Chrome OS, and Linux. The printer can be connected via a USB cable. For Windows 7 and later, MacOS, and Chrome OS, you can easily print through the USB connection. (Note: MacOS only supports USB connection; Bluetooth printing is not available.) A USB A-C adapter is also included for added convenience
